Payment Policy

Upon confirmation of booking, a credit card authorisation will be taken. Full payment is required upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

No-Shows will incur a 1 night cancellation charge and the room will be released at 10am the following morning. For multiple night reservations, the 1st night will be charged, unless reservation made under a "minimum stay" requirement in which case all nights will be charged.
Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date incur no fee and any deposit paid will be returned. *(see notes) If cancellation made within 48 hours of the arrival date any deposit may be retained and the amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. If credit card details are used as booking guarantee no charge will be made to the card unless the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the date of the booking. Then a night's accommodation cost may be charged to the card.
For changes in reservation length, any extension will be at the quoted rate but subject to unit availability. Earlier departure may not be refunded.
A 72 hour cancellation policy applies to reservations between 23rd December 2015 - 23rd January 2016.
For any special events with a minimum stay requirement, Full Cancellation will apply. Special Events currently include Mission Concert Weekend and Art Deco Weekend.
Full prepayment will be taken for Mission Concert weekend and cancellations are charged at 100% cancellation.

Child Policy

Children are welcome at Parkside Lodge. Please contact us for any enquiries regarding children so that we may be best able to accommodate your requirements. Additional costs may apply.


All rooms at Parkside Lodge are smoke free, however smoking is permissible outside on courtyards or in the BBQ area. Please keep away from open windows and doors. Should the rooms be smoked in we reserve the right to charge the registered guest for specialized cleaning and any loss of revenue which may occur.
Visitors are welcome at Managements discretion, however they must have vacated the property by 10.00pm.
In consideration for other guests and neighbours, excessive noise will not be tolerated, and if after a warning, noise levels do not abate to an acceptable level, guests may be evicted and no refund given for remaining time already booked.
Any deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property, the cost of repairs and loss of revenue will be charged to the registered guest.
The motelier will be indemnified from all and any costs incurred in recovering any unpaid account.
